Kanpur
It is the biggest city in Uttar Pradesh State.It is mainly known as Industrial City. Kanpur has a National Highway i.e NH2 and NH25. It also has a railway line from Delhi to Howrah. The airport of Kanpur is located 70kms away from the main city i.e. Amausi (Lucknow) airport and Chakeri (Ahirwan) airport.
Kanpur was the most important Militery station of British India. Geographically, It has a area of 1040 sq.mt. With altitude of 126 mt. Here the summers are very hot as the people usually use cotton clothes and winter is also too cool therefore uses woolen clothes. This is the only state of India where Hindi and English are spoken the most.
